The launcher doesn't hide but otherwise it runs. Only the autohide
function is affected. When I hover the mouse over to the edge, it
doesn't unhide, regardless of the amount of "pressure" I apply. This is
running on a desktop, no touchscreen is involved.

The session sequencing needs to be adjusted so unity-panel-service
always shuts down before DBus. Not sure if that's even possible using
upstart as the session manager.

[regression] Icons rearranged on Launche

First of all, Ubuntu-bug doesn't work properly any more. In the first
screen, if I select the option for "other" it bounces me out of the
program. So I selected the least inappropriate working option.

I'm starting to think this might be a libdbus issue.
What is triggering the memory rise though is unity-panel-service:
stopping this from running results in no memory increase within the
