Hi !
Same bug for me on r3 : stuck at 6% battery while charging.
If I restart the phone the battery is still at 6%. but if instead of the
'restart' option, I do 'power off' and boot again then I see the real 48% of
battery and can see it charging.

you know why? because it affect only the RTL users.
where is your principle that ubuntu is available for anyone whenever his
language.
good job canonical, the most RTL users left the unity desktop and are now using
differents desktop because of your ignoranc
IMO #9 is absolutely related and offers some workarounds (at least for
me). I had the same issue and now it works like expected

I had the same problem on Ubuntu 15.04, but #5 fixed the problem with
adding Xcursor*size:48 to the x11-common file. Thank you! Anyway, it
would be great if this would be fixed for the next release.
