Seven years ago there was an idea that could probably have avoided all

Did the x time per n characters algorithm ever really get

Duplicate menu (both unity and in-app) for Qt5 apps
I believe the issue may lie with Qt. QMenuBar only supports "native"
menu bars in OSX & windows CE as stated in
