flawed.
Unity Alt-Tab behavior breaches the system of using one shortcut for
switching between applcations and another for switching between windows
of the same application.

This bug appeared in 12.04, therefore I don't think it will ever be fixed. In
my opinion, this proves that only few people use Alt-Tab to switch windows.
