FWIW, at least for krillin once I did the research and it seems that the
chip does support setting an alarm time (similar to a PC's RTC clock)

Yes, off as in really off. Every Nokia or Blackberry device was able to
turn itself on and ring the alarm. IMO this is really important,
otherwise the alarm on the phone is not trustworthy at all.

It is not limited to frieza. Once you have 3 or 4 developer devices, you
will frequently run into this issue. Whenever you need to test something
on that particular device, rest assured it wants to be charged for 10

Oh, this is actually in the media player app itself. Afaik it does
playlist handling on its own instead of using the media hub's playlist
capabilities, also doesn't implement mpris on its own, so it doesn't

Being away for a while and not having the phone plugged in all the time
this happened to me too all the time. But the panel seems to lag behind
too. It's in sync, but outdated. The time only updates when the next
minute update is triggered which in worst case leaves you with an
outdated clock for 5
