I am not a CCUser user so afraid I cannot address that issue.
However, you might take note of the fact that US callsign numbers have
little if any bearing on where the station is located any more. Since
hams are no longer required to change their callsign to the district

The INS key on the NumLock pad did not work.
However, the INSERT key in a separate key group on the keyboard did work.
Paul F6EXV and Ian G4IIY both said to sort by priority.
That was the main help.
It eliminated having to scroll thru the DX Spotting window.

Bud,
When you say pressing INS doesn't do anything, does it not stop the
display or does it not even display "(HOLDING)" at the top of the DX
stop window?
While sorting by priority (as others have suggested), I use "hold"
myself all the time and know it can be frustrating. Couple of things
Bud replied to me (but not the full list) and said that there are 2 INS
keys on his keyboard. One didn't work, the other did.
Could be a num-lock think, but in any case it's working fine for him now.

Then something is wrong. If you type the insert the INS key in the DX
spots window, it should add the word (HOLDING) to the end of the
window title. Does it do that?
Holding allows you to scro

Hi, Is there anyway to stop the DX window from updating by overwriting
itself, as the same called out spot come in???
I would like to see ALL the spots on the DX screen, with all the comments
like the RTTY window lists them as the spots come in.
This would let me have one color screen to focus on

There are few basic node styles. Some have a few different features than
others, Some have local spots, some have WW spots. I prefer the WW spots. If
DLs are hearing us, we can usually hear them.
My node does WW spots. Give it a try if you would like

Charlie your last two messages to the list came through with a
date of 1/1/2000 which causes the messages to appear at the bottom
of the usual mail list sorted by date.
Please correct this.

Charlie,
In the DX spotting window press F1 (for help)
The second paragraph starts: 'The spots are color coded to reflect their
priority' . Click on the underlined (this is a hotlink) and you will get to the
help you are looking for.
Searching for the keyword color will also get you there.
Set the TNC command "Headerln" to "on"

There is an option to sort spots by Priority. Who sets that Priority?
Where is there a description of the numbers that appear alongside each spot.
So far, I have only seen 7, 6 and 5. A scan of the document hasn't produced
an answer for me yet. Maybe I am missing something.

Thanks to Paul and Don Currier, I am squared away on priorities and how they
are assigned. Paul sent a message to the reflector describing the process
and where in the documentation it can be found.
