ARM Generic Interrupt Controller is incorrectly named as
"ARM General Interrupt Controller" in ArmJuno.dsc,
ArmVExpress-CTA15-A7.dsc and ArmVExpress-FVP-AArch64.dsc.
This patch corrects the comment by changing "General" to "Generic".
