Yes, there's no working XEN-Patch for 2.6.22 around (the ubuntu patch isn't
stable for a fc kernel). If you want to use a paravirtualised kernel (with
PCI-Frontend support), use my one with EFW 2.2. If you want use a standard
kernel 2.6.22 (non-XEN paravirtualized), you have to use XEN with HVM.
All of your kernels are just a little older then the 2.2r3 release. Uname
shows 2.6.22.19-72-endian15

Hi XENdianer,
just as a reminder, you'll find XEN Info's on my Wiki, and a working
XEN-Kernel for EFW 2.2 also, based on the FC8 2.6.21-xen kernel.
The German c't magazin also published the ctserver version 3 with a
XEN'ified EFW 2.2RC2.

I can't access my xen server atm but this is the raught outline of what I
did.
Install Endian with 2 virtual nics using hvm,
Compiled a costume kernel (in my case gentoo),
Switch to normal XEN vertualization, pass hardware nics and edit the config
manually.
Done.

Hmmm. don't know yet. I would think so but you'd need to get Peter to
answer that. [Or someone at Endian.] The kernel is newer so they moved
up to a RHEL5/Centos 5 kernel [4 ser
Thank you. Do you think efw 2.2 is still based on
RHEL4/Centos4? That's the info I was after...

2.2
Just so it is out there I was able to install and run Endian just fine
under Xen. [Yes I have a new Desktop running Centos 5, yes I'll be
setting up a Endian 2.1 dev box next.]
Here is my config file for Xen. [I have 2 real Ethernet Interfaces and 2
Bridges running under Xen.]
