We plan to upgrade both our W2KAD(native) and W2KDcs to W2K3AD and W2K3
respectively.
We already have exchange2000+Sp3 already installed in our domain.
Could you please tell me if this article is needed, I am not sure if

You need to do this by exporting, foobling the resultant file, and importing
the changes.
