I called OfficeDepot, OfficeMax, and Kinko. They are all charging $0.89 PER PAGE for COLOR printing. For the current 1.8.0 manual that is $172 (ouch). B/W printing is $0.09 per page (193 X 0.09 = $17.37) Does anyone know of a company that will print a PDF manual in color for less than $200? I
