Thanks you very much. Because this OS is proprietary, I may be forced
to do that. For now I am trying to work with the vendor to change acct
and auth packets.

When installing freeradius version 1.1.1 from source I ran into a
problem with the make files. Using --prefix=/usr/local/freeradius-1.1.1
fails to create the libs directory and places the lib files files in
${prefix}. Using --prefix=/usr/local works just fine.
