Excellent. Thanks Arran, works like a treat, I knew I was overlooking
it. I need to brush up on regex :)

Hello All,
I have had this setup (http://wiki.freeradius.org/Mac-Auth) for a long
time and it has been working well. Now I am experiencing an issue with
the rewrite of the called station id to extract the SSID from the
wireless. Anyone know how I can update the rewrite called station id

Hey All,
Has anyone has any experience using freeradius with the dlink dws-3026
switch and dwl-3500aps? I can't see a way to configure anything on
them...no matter what i do the request shows up as the following.
rad_recv: Access-Request packet from host 192.170.140.6 port 1032,
id=0, length=160
Issue has been fixed. Not to sure why, but reconfiguring the clients
to do accounting has solved itvery strange.

Hello All,
I have 4 servers setup exactly the same at 4 different locations. Each
server is using the exact same configs and is working perfectly well
doing what I want it to do. The only issue I have is at the 1
location, I am not getting any accounting requests and therefor

Hello,
I have encountered a very strange issue with my setup. I have mac
address filtering setup and working perfect on one server, this server
also does other things so I want to migrate it to a new server. All
servers are on the same machine running in a vm environment. The
server1 does the file

work perfectly for that, but still the debian
server is sending out the access-accept messages to the wifi clients
but it still just sits there connecting and eventually times

Thank you Aaran. It does indeed work. Is there an easy way of
implementing the same functionality to work with calling the
SSID.00-11-22-33-44-55 pulling from the radcheck sql table?

Just a quick question, hope someone has an answer. Does anyone know
how, or if its even possible, to do mac filtering for multiple
networks? Say I have 1 AP with 2 WLAN SSIDs, I want list of macs
allowed access to SSID1 but not SSID2 and list of macs allowed access
to SSID2 and not SSID1. As far as
is an open network
and only authorized macs are allowed to get on. This is the way they want it
setup here so that there is nothing to be done on the client side. I am in
agreement with you but I have to do what they want, not what I think is
best.

Hello,
I had freeradius setup and running perfectly on an ubuntu test machine and
now I have done the exact same setup and configuration on a new debian
machine with the addition of daloradius for easy configuration by other
members of the team. I am running latest freeradius 2.1.10. The ubuntu
