Hi, try this ...
show group --> select group -> edit -> select user who do u want to remove
in such group --> commit changes.
Then add this user to desired group show group --> select group -->
edit --> from group member, add user then commit changes.

try radcheck table if you want to restrict each user or radgroupcheck if you
want top restrict certain group. here's my config

The solution is to edit libltdl/Makefile, and change:
