attributes values from accounting request packets with my perl script. I am
trying to do some database queries when I received stop accounting request

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Tracing\RASTLS\Enabl

"without TLV" issue. So there's no way to get around it if I want to use
PEAP-MSCHAPv2 in WinXP, except recoding?

have Freeradius running fine (Tested with radtest and NTradPing), but
