Hi
I noticed something similar after installing 1.8.3 a few days a go. It
happened just a few times and until now I ignored it.

Did you look on the web for a file called PyXML-0.8.4.tar.gz? Have it

Hi
I upgraded from ubuntu 8.04 to 8.10 and also from freevo 1.8.1 to 1.8.2.
advantage
freevo menu seems to be much faster now
disadvantage
lcd plugin produces rubbish now, lcd2 doesn't look better
Any idea what to do to make the lcd plugins run again?

Hi
I have a Noritake VFD. With LCDd and the following settings it's pretty
easy to use it with freevo.
Driver=hd44780
ConnectionType=Winamp
Port=0x378
Size=20x4
Of course you have to activate the LCD plugin within local_conf.py
(plugin.activate('lcd')).
Need more help?

Hi
How do your options look like? I have the same card. Here are my
options, I don't have sound problems with it:
TV_IVTV_OPTIONS = {
'input' : 4,
'resolution': '720x576',
'aspect': 0,
'audio_bitmask' : 0xE9,
'bframes' : 3,

Hi
I'm using ubuntu, freevo, nxtvepg and a Hauppauge PVR 350 tv card on a
VIA Epia M board. Every thing works fine so far. But I have two
problems. Well I think these are no freevo problems, but maybe you have
the right solution or idea.

Hi
I'm using the LCD plugin and LCDproc and this is really cool.
Unfortunately when freevo is running no other information is shown on the
display. I'm wondering if it was possible to configure LCD plugin in a way to
show sequently freevo screens and LCDProc screens like CPU usage. Maybe there

Hi
I'm using freevo 1.8.1 on Ubuntu Hardy. To start freevo automatically I'm using
the 'Boot directly into Freevo: Using GDM' solution
(http://doc.freevo.org/BootFreevo).
Usually the computer should go sleeping. This works fine when gdm is running
and
freevo is started manually. When hitting

As you can see I tried some different configurations - without success. I'm not
using the lates svn version but freevo 1.8.0 from the official sources.

The path is correct now. But the file tempr_max doesn't exist. Where does this
'tempr_max' come from? I guess it should be 'temp1_max' or 'temp2_max'.

Hi
It's easy to show radio station images for webradio, because it can be
configured within the 'webradio.fxd'.
But is it also possible to have radio station images for the audio.radio
plugin? Usually I just can configure the station name and the frequency within
local_conf.py

Hi
I would like to use the idlebar.system.sensors plugin. Unfortunately this lets
crash freevo with

Yes indeed this would be a nice feature for freevo. Do you know how to realize
a
plugin in this case? Would be great if I could avoid killing and restarting
freevo after sopcasting.

Hi
Is there a out of the box solution for streaming sopcast tv streams with freevo?
Because I couldn't find a solution I wrote some scripts for supporting this
feature by freevo commands and mplayer. Unfortunately there are some issues.
- When watching a sopcast stream for too long, freevo will
