Yes, the form name is also the name of the file... though, I don't see why
it couldn't be renamed from the property editor.
Or maybe it should be grayed out, and give tooltip to use rename from the
file browser.

1) Open any GUI project in the IDE and load a form (the form itself should be
selected)
2) Double click on the Text property (The Edit text proper
