Thanks for the help! That worked.

Armdeveloper,
I suggest that you work with either John Luciani's perl scripts or
Steve Morss' pcb lander to give them the ability to make a bunch of
the different pin numbers.

You were right. Mine were at /usr/share/pcb, in the m4 and newlib
directories. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply and thanks for sharing your stuff, John.
Could you be more specific than (*jcl*) ?
And if I mod these to be 5mm, do you want me to share them back to you ?
Thanks.

I'm interested, just have a self imposed deadline to meet first doing

I have some other 5mm connectors, but not those.
It's easy enough to make new footprints using pcb, just set a metric
grid, place three vias and some lines on silk, select it all, convert
to element, save to file.

Anyone know of a source of footprints for the OST Pluggable Terminal
Blocks, such as the OST series ?
http://www.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Detail?name=ED2656-ND
(Didn't mean to promote Digikey, only use them as a source of

I'm using the git repository, but I have not updated frequently.

Mine are at http://www.luciani.org/geda/pcb/pcb-footprint-list.html

I think the most popular is http://www.gedasymbols.org/. John Luciani
also maintains his collection at http://luciani.org/. As far as
creating footprints, I believe there are instructions (and/or links)
on the gEDA wiki.

Hi,
I'm hoping to hear if anyone is beta-testing the "git" development
version of gEDA, or is installing and testing the development snapshots.
What I'm trying to assess is how well tested the development code is,
and whether people are interested / aware of the new features present in
those vers
Hi all,
I thought it would be nice to have a (visual) indication in pcb that a
component is locked.
A way for (visual) indication of locked components is to change
the "diamond" marker (indicating the insertion point) by adding a "L" on
top of it.
It's a trivial amount of lines added to draw.c i

I only see three pins on the 74126 symbol that I'm using from gschem
(A, EN, and Y).
