I have been using PCB on a design and have just recently
started over with a cleaned up set of footprints.
I removed my old design.pcb, all the backups, .net and
.new.pcb and started again. All appeared well.
However, now I can almost never select a refdes and move

The actions in the hierarchy menu are mapped to shift-h combos. This
is a bit of a pain when actually working on a project with lots of
sub sheets. The key combination with plain h are mapped to the help
actions. I don't think that anyone will need them very frequently.

I know I should have looked harder for an existing script. But I'm
hoping my program can be used to generate (or at least help generate)
some complex footprints, for example S.O. D
