I've used BatchPCB on quite a few 2 layer boards now. It almost always
seems to take 4 weeks calendar time, although I may have had bad luck.
But don't even s
I recently received three ~1.5"x2.4" boards from Sparkfun. Took approx
three weeks.

Quite a bit faster, but note they have bigger rules for 2 layer (no
e-test). The quality was fine. My 2-layer boards for the getting
started guide took 3-4 weeks fr

Forgot to account for mask and silk (included), it's more like 12.5 sq

I'm trying to get the simulation suite working for gEDA, but I'm having
a lot of trouble. gSchem and PCB work great, but gnspice and gwave seem
to have problems. gnSpice compiled just fine and seems to work ok, but
the RF Amp sample provided with gEDA errors out of gnspice. So I

1. Make sure you have gerbv-2.0.1 or later.
2. Make sure your version of gerbv was compiled with cairo enabled.
You can find this out by lookoin
I seem to remember that in place of exporting gerbers export to postscript.
I think the utility ps2pdf is a standard linux thing. I hope this helps.

It behooves one to make a one-sided board if possible. Not sure of all of
DJ's techniques but I've made two-sided boards at home. It works, but the
