spice-sdb fixed the problem. In addition I had a mistake in path to
model file.
But I had to rename models to Q2N.
If model name was 2N ia had mesage:
Warning: singular matrix: check nodes 2N and 2N.
And it was running out of iterations.

QCAD fonts are just lines and arcs, too;
For Freetype fonts, I render them
I never managed to get this to build in cygwin. It failed on the
freetype build (IIRC). I'm going to try building it in a virtual box
and see how that goes.
