If you are planning on printing on toner transfer paper and masking your copper with that, I believe that the ink jet will not work. If you are using photo sensitive copper then an ink jet print on transparency will work, but you will need a negative image of your gerbers. Eric Winsor Robert

I believe that you could use gerbv to export your gerber files to postscript or PDF for every layer and then you can email this to yourself or transfer it your windows system and print the PDF there. Also you may find a free gerber viewer for windows, a quick google search results with ViewMate, G
