use --skip-conf-repos , predownwload all the armv7 packages both main and base
use -R option to give the pre downloaded packages and rebuild.
I am using the below command to built and it works fro me
sudo gbs build --skip-conf-repos -R
/home/venkat/Desktop/download.tizen.org/snapshots/

By default it's using HD(720x1280) but you can adjust it to
WVGA(480x800) from Emulator Manager.
But that's still larger than your resolution...

My screen resolution is 600x480.
I've configured the same in Xserver configuration files. But the menu screen
ICons are overlapped with each other.
Can some one please give me some pointers on this.
