there is no option "Tizen Platform Project. The only one is "Tizen Web Project".

I just found the instructions on the blog there.
But that instruction uses toolchain in SDK 1.0 and convert .deb to
.rpm and just try the binary on an emulator 2.0.
I think this is not a 100% proper method because the toolchain SDK 2.0
provides must

I had follow link that you also find and I was able to make a simple Hello
World application. On this blog at the end in comment area there is
information how to deal with Tizen SDK 2.0.
I did whole compilation with IDE provided with SDK.
