[gentoo-user] package.keywords not working?

I have ntop-3.0 installed, and I want to emerge ntop-3.1, which is currently ~x86. So, i put net-analyzer/ntop in /etc/portage/package.keywords, but it still wants to emerge v 3.0. Even with the deprecated # ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" emerge -pDv ntop it doesn't work: These are the packages that
