Phil,
I had a similar phenonomenon, i.e. offset at some scales in a different
setup. Reason was that the geowebcache.xml and an Oplenayers function call
didn't have the same bounding box.

Never mind. I found the "-sds" option in the gdal_translate program. It
doesn't let me pick individual subdatasets, but after dumping everything I
can pick out what I what to use.

Does this happen also for the gwc generated demo page for the layer?
Hope not and in that case you should check the generated page code and make
sure it matches your app's layer/map set up

Would it be possible to confirm that the following ticket is necessary.

Does GeoServer literally run the query specified in a SQL view or is it

Ok, I almost understand. When I tried to retile the CADRG dataset it says
that it includes subdatasets and I need to select one of them for reading.
Gdalinfo says that there are, indeed, 6 subdatasets. However, I cannot see
how to specify a specific subdataset. Can you give any guidance here?

I've found that xlink:href is well encoded if you use WFS 1.1.0 and not if
you use 2.0.0 (encode href instead).
Still wondering why

Hi,
I've defined a complex feature mapping file, with some ReferencedType
inside.
Mapping file :

Hi, the snapshot looks ok to me. What is happening ?
1) you make a request to /geoserver/j_spring_security_check
2) a login should happen
3) the request is redirected to /geoserver/
4) the request is again redirected to /geosrever/index.html, now you
get back some data, which you can ignore.

Hi when I run website from data_dir/www, it automatically comes with
geoserver's favicon (red letter "I" on blue background). Is there a
way to change it? I can't find the icon file anywhere in the geoserver
directory.
