we've been testing it and it's seems to be a problem of the Geotools version
(2.6.5). It's similar to this reported bug:
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-987
We've updated to Geotools 2..8 but the problem persists. I'm goign to ask in
Geotools Devels List.
