I am having trouble changing the nillable values under the layer data tab when I
upload to geoserver. The method I am using to upload a geoserver is from a
postgis database. However prior to that I am quickexporting to that postgis
database from arcmap. I was able to programmatically change the number of
min/max occurrences in xml, but not the nillable values which give me a
java.lang.nullpointerexception.
