Given the current lack of resources for activities beyond getting the code
running, I would say just make the same steps as usual.
I've committed the patch for this bug. In a couple of days I will have a
(small) patch also for documenting trading account [1] because I think
it deserves to be in the docs: at the moment I'm studiyng where to put it.
