That's up to you, import details are in the FAQ. It is not necessary
to cherrypick the exact missing messages; mhonarc is pretty good at
not archiving duplicates. On the other hand, please don't send a 100K
message mbox just to cover a missing month of data.

Thanks very much, Jeff, for helping to resolve this issue.

Next question: Now that archiving is back on, would it be useful for me
(or, perhaps the dotsrc staff) to provide the missing mails, so as to
make the archive complete again?

Thanks for the follow-up. If you don't mind, could you forward me the
ticket email they should have sent you in response to your request? I
was hoping I'd get it too, since I was Cc'd.

I checked logs and The Mail Archive has not been receiving messages
from this list. Will follow up privately to find out what happened, my
best guess is the archival address was dropped from the list for some
reason.

A reader has pointed out that the latest mail archived for Wget at
mail-archive.com is dated 2008-04-07. I did see that there was some
recent downtime, but I don't think that would explain why the archive
has not been updated for nearly two months.

to administration of our mailing list, which is handled by the staff at
