4949.725 is what I make the carrier to be at 0220 ut not strong enough
to hear out here.

Good tip Wolfie, tnx. I see a very tiny carrier to the SE from here, very
close to 15475.972. Only on the log periodic aimed that way, and very tiny
- only visible on the Perseus screen with the rbw spread out to .95 hz with
a span of .782 khz.

On Mon, Mar 6,
dive - S9 to almost nothing - as they turned the antenna? In theory
they were turning more towards us at that time. It was also close to local
sunset too. Anyone else notice this big drop?

Signal detected here just before 1730 sign on, but difficult copy, music
more discernable of course. I've recorded the audio but wasn't paying too
much attention to the signal from s/on to now - at 1900 some better but
still not comfortable copy. I have the log periodic aimed east from here
but
Faint audio there currently 2152 utc Jan 1 near Edmonton, Alberta
CANADA. Building as was just a het a few minutes ago Other AF 60m
signals aren't great - solar stuff is starting to impact us here.

Oops, the starting date for Uganda should be 1 Jan 2007,
so start monitoring. S
Reasonably audible up here in western Canada, near Edmonton Alberta
Heard from pre 1800 tesing, etc. Better signal beaming long path here
(approx west) with the log periodic. Also pretty decent on the home brew
K9AY loop.

Just happened to read your message at 0155, but checking the frequencies
you mention yielded only weak carriers, with nothing loud enough for any
clues. This using directional antenna - log periodic and 40m yagis.
As an aside, and not necessarily relevant at 0200, but conditions were
quite decent
