configs are tough right now, but we do want to be working towards
repeatability.
So lets write down how we do it, make sure it's scripted, and do it - so
Tim does it for the classlib, and archie for t
ping? any project mentors out there who can describe how to publish a
snapshot? I can upload a build to a website like Archie if that is
accceptable.

page, or do I need to change the version number to something else?
