H&E Stain is very important in the Diagnosis. understaining can be caused by
many factors, check the age of your hematoxylin or the concentration of your
differentiating solution.
Then to restain the stained slide .place the stained slide in 1% acid alcohol
for 2-3minutes and rinse well
Use Ulex europaeus lectins.

What animal? What organ? In frozen or paraffin?
So any one can provide some cell makers for staining of blood vessels?
I only know CD31.
