I fix frozen tissue in reg 10% NB formalin and then process it into paraffin all the time. I haven't tried it but if someone gave me some unfixed frozen tissue (especially bone) and wanted me to do frozen tape sectioning I would recommend that we thaw fix the original frozen block in formalin, the
