If we could get support for licensure in the state of California, that would help. Pathologists and CLS's have fought to keep CLIA qualified, ASCP certified HT/HTLs from being licensed in this state. Licensing increases visibility and will help increase the pay as well. Sincerely, Paula Sicurel
