Hello, Has anyone had any experience with cutting cell mixed with 2% low melting agarose gel? The cells were fixed in 10% NBF, mixed with the gel and then processed to a paraffin block. I've tried a couple of techniques, but the end result is mush. Any ideas or suggestions? Bobbie Boyce Histol
