How do I boost the power of mucicarmine for staining goblet cells? I have
opened a new lot/bottle
and have used full strength but it is not staining the cells.

I have a co-hort that is going to be taking the HTL exam shortly. As far as
studying goes, what content of IHC does
he need to know... example IHC stains. The list just states IHC stains. There
are lots of them so I would like some
information as to how much of stains are on the
stain at all while our patient panel is
weak. We are doing 1:00 dilution for 30 mts and 30 mts using high pH (9.9) for
retrieval. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
