Tech called back and stated that she is unable to create the changes we are
requesting to the report(s). She stated that she will refer it to the Meditech
Custom Report Team. Karen asked that we be notified before any charges would
be incurred.

What is the BEST practice for cleaning the paraffin block tissue molds? We do
not want to use our processor due to its age and wear and tear and frequent
replacement of cellanoids when we clean them via the processor.
