We have cameras at gross and embedding. They are really helpful for
troubleshooting potential errors that would otherwise be difficult to trace.
Originally, the staff was nervous about how these cameras would be used but
have since realized their value.

Hello Histonetters,
Our lab is in the process of trying to validate Kappa, Lambda and EBER ISH on
the Ventana Ultra stainers. We have run these probes on the XT in the past
with good results, but unfortunately staining on the Ultras is either poor or
non-existent. We have tried several protoc

We had the same issue last year and it came down to slide type for us. We were
using a charged slide from Cancer Diagnostics, but have since switched to
Mercedes Platinum Line Starfrost slides. We have not had any issues with
"ghost tissue" since then.
