We have a Milestone Histos 3 Microwave processor, and we process our prostate
bx's and bladder bx's between 2 sponges. The sponges are moist with 10%
formalin to keep the tissue from drying out. The bx's don't move around or get
tangled. It works very well.

is completed? ANP.22660 states that Batch control records must be retained to 2

I was wondering if anyone could give me some information on the IHC worksheet
reports. These are the reports that are printed off after you have completed
your IHC stain. We are using a Dako Autostainer + and an IntelliPath, we give
our Pathologist the reports with the slides to sign off on
