Just call BioCare Technical service. They have a complete procedure for hand
staining. I know because I used it in their facility when I went for training
on their Flx.

Has anyone used this kit on frozen sections where formalin fixed paraffin
embedded tissue is avoided entirely? Biocare only has a data sheet for FFPE
tissues, followed by the Decloaker or Decloaker/pepsin digestion protocols.
