Was looking for advise on ER PR validation - specifically, how many postive and
negatives does CAP require? Or is there a CAP requirment? What have other
labs done?

After my initial question a couple of days ago it is apparent that we should
sure up our validation of ER/PR. We are currently using the FDA approved
method from Ventana and would like to find someone to partner with to perform
ER/PR stains on 20 of our positive cases and 20 of our negative cas
Hi Anita,
We ran 40 cases and sent the same blocks to Phenopath for them to
run for comparision. There is a requistion for doing an ER/PR validation on
their website.
