Does anyone know what is the chemistry/biology that lets the stain
selectively bind mature/premature collagen? I have tried looking for
any literature dealing with this topic but have come up empty. If
anyone can give me any information or point me in the right direction of
where to find
Is anyone familiar with Herovici stain? If so, does anyone know of a
commercial vendor for this stain or does anyone have a protocol that
they would be willing to share? I would like to stain some skin samples
and compare collagen 1 and collagen 3 within the dermis. Thank you in
advance.
