You are right. Bleaching is a "rough" procedure for the "survival" of sections and if on top of that you left the section overnight in DiH2O that is a recipe for disaster, as the one you experienced. Try to do the whole procedure during the same day.Additionally it seems to me that 6h in potassi

I need to do a melanin bleach with potassium permanganate and oxalic acid. I do not have any oxalic acid. Does anyone know of a substitute for the oxalic acid? If I recall correctly, the ox acid gets rid of the pot permang. If I rinse long enough in water, will that work Laurie Colbert
