Subject: [Histonet] processing times for skin specimens

Hello everyone!
What is the shortest cycle you may be using for processing skin specimens? Can
skin biopsies, shaves, and punches be processed well on a short run on the VIP
6? I need to find a successful protocol if possible to run skins on a 6 hour
process, if possible.
Thank you in advance
I am looking for a good processing schedule for demineralized rat femurs
and liver samples. We have a Sakura Tissue-Tek VIP processor. Our lab
would like to start doing paraffin sections and I am not sure what
processing schedule works best for these samples.
Thanks for any and all help.
