Hi Margaert, Try this one from Aves lab: http://www.aveslab.com/products/epitope-tag-and-gfp-antibodies/b-gal-b-galactosidase-lacz-antibody/ I did not try them on paraffin, but it worked fine on formaldehyde-fixed cells and cryo-sections from formaldehyde-fixed embryonic tissue.
