Jana, Since you are fixing in formaldehyde, why not paraffin embed them? Frozen sectioning of formalin fixed tissue and doing IPX on them is difficult as well as problems with storing the tissue. I would cut frozen of unfixed tissue and do IPX on them rather than doing IPX on formalin fixed froz
