I use Benchmark Ultras and they are not a batch stainer, so pads are heated independently. I noticed the staining on the particular pad with the error was not quite to the usual standard so I have stopped using that pad. Have contacted Ventana for a case number, but have not got an answer. Is this a new problem for you as well? This only started a few weeks ago for us.
