We have the Leica CV5030 coverslipper which we use independently from the stainer-Leica XLautostainer (for space issues). We love it! I might add, we purchased both as refurbished equipment about 3-4 years ago and they are still going strong--saved a lot of money by going this route. Peggy Peg

It depends on your volume and how long you maintain your slides. Because you are a children's hospital you keep them longer. The Leica brand is very troublesome in high volume situations. I personally prefer Sakura tape for the speed and fast drying time. -Original Message- From: histon
