(-) gram bacteria (microbiology lab always have them in culture) to
the tissues. Let the bugs infect the tissues for overnight @ room

You need to lower down the cryostat at least -25 degree. You also need
to spray your block the very minute before the cutting (not just one
time spray on the OCT block). The thicker the section, the easier it
can be cut.
