Does anyone have a protocol they'd be willing to share for sox10? We use the
ventana benchmark xt.

We can't get sox10 to work on anything, let alone with a processor. We use
chick tissue though.

Hello,
I'm looking for a successful protocol for Sox10 on an automated platform,
specifically the Bond. However, any protocol would be a great starting point.
Dilutions, high/low ph and times as well as if you needed enhancer's to improve
on signal. Thank you in advance for any suggestions!!!

We have tried rabbit anti SOX10 from Millipore and Santa Cruz. Neither were
specific to chick tissue, even though they were supposed to be due to
sequence homology.
